Family monitoring software recommendation?

Hi! I’m looking for good software for monitoring my kid’s computer usage. Restricting time, blocking the bad sites, keeping an eye on the social sites, etc. Maybe something for iPhones too. Suggestions? “Free” isn’t a requirement. “Good” is. Thanks!
