Has anyone on fluther tried rebounding and have experienced any health benefits from it?

I’ve recently have purchased a mini trampoline to replace walking since my knees and feet on occasion give me problems and I had read that it was excellent for your lymphatic system.

I started to research it and it seems that there are many benefits to rebounding that I was not aware of.

So, I became curious and wanted to know if anyone on fluther has tried it, and if they have noticed any physical benefits that can be attributed to rebounding.
If you do rebound, would you please also state how many times a week and for how long.
