Revisiting the question of acupuncture, what has your recent experience been?

I have tried 6 sessions and the jury is still out. It is not unpleasant but it’s hard to do a double blind study on myself. Some of the needles (in ear and on top of foot) hurt briefly. The best parts are the cranial-sacral massage at the end and the visit from her sweet cat and funny labradoodle, as a lagniappe. Acupuncture is now a legitimate medical deduction according to the IRS, I also just discovered.
