How long is it going to take for the steroids to work?

I went to the Dr. complaining of dizziness. She checked, said I had water behind my ear. She prescribed steroids and antibiotics. Today is Monday. I started taking them last Friday evening.

I’m still so damn dizzy. I almost fell into the wall a bit ago. It’s scary as hell when I’m driving, too.

How long till they kick in and do you have any other suggestions that could help me?
