If there were televised or streamed executions and people threw parties around the event, if there was a pool on how long or at what minute death was called would you enter it?

If they streamed executions on the Wed or televised it and some people hosed a party behind it, and they were taking a pool as to how quick death came after the chemicals were loosed through the blood stream of the condemned, how many minutes after that death would be pronounced, if the condemned would give any last words spoken etc. even if you did not sit to watch the actual killing, would you partake of the betting pool?
