Does anyone have any idea what is going on with me? (Details.)

I have a Dr’s. appointment on the 14th, but I wanted to tap the collective and see if anyone has experienced anything like this.
I wake up in the morning feeling just fine. But then, between 2 and 3 p.m. every day some thing happens to me. I start getting shaky and twitchy. I feel dizzy and uncoordinated and oh so very tired. I’m not thinking clearly and have a hard time staying focused. It just gets worse as the day goes on.
1) I am on prednisone
2) I am on an anti inflamatory
3) two kids of blood pressure meds
4) quit smoking 2 months ago
5) I use an inhaler throughout the day.
Any clue?
