Hey everyone, I’m a 13 year old girl. I’ve had my period since I was 11, and I just wanted to know if shakiness and dizziness is normal during your period? I get very tired and lightheaded and I can also get shaky. My stomach also feels really empty and nauseous. And of course, some pain occurs. Are these symptoms normal? Thanks in advance! :)
