What are your criteria for a Great Answer (GA)

I know this has been asked before, but I think it merits more discussion. Is it a great answer only if you agree with it, or will you give a GA for an answer that explains the poster’s feelings; do you give a GA for an post that is well researched, with references, even if it does not support your position on the topic, or is the GA button a “me too!” button
