Should I be concerned about this fever?

So today I felt sleepy and slept through whole morning and afternoon, after dinner I felt dizzy, tired and irritable and body temperature reached 38.6°, after an antipyretic pill and intravenous injection of some anticatarrhals I returned home and my body temperature remains the same.
So just curious, what would you guys do when you have a fever, and should I be concerned about this?
