So, have a baby- get a lot time off. Paid.
So, partner has a baby- get a lot of time off. Paid.
Adopt? Ditto!

What about the rest of us?

…...oh, yeah, we get to take on the extra work, so that EVERYONE can be at home with THE BABY.
What’s OUR part of this happy, family-oriented work situation?
