Why would they make bug spray smell like an air freshener?

I have at least one can of bug spray that smells really pretty. I spray it in the women’s room, because that’s the only light we leave on in our auction building so the bugs and spiders congregate there.

But really, shouldn’t bug spray have an odor that make you A.) not want to use it and B.) run like hell when you do spray a bug?
