Can I get an easy abortion one or two weeks of being pregnant?

I’m freaking out because I’m afraid I’m pregnant. I had unprotected sex though was on birth control last week. I had just started taking the pill.

My problem is this was last week and I feel hungry very often, its 6 am and I just woke up craving for ice cream. Other than that I felt fatigue this whole day. I don’t know how to know for sure. Is there any way I can have a test this early and know if I’m pregnant? Or is there a pill I can that will prevent it even if I am pregnant?
