Under your roof, in your garage, etc. what percent of the stuff there is junk, what percent is actually something of worth or a true necessity?

That includes anything you have stored in your shed, or in a storage unit somewhere, if you had to take inventory of all of it, what percent is something you really need as cannot function without, for instance, shoes, pots and pans, etc. or stuff that has true market value, gold or silver coins or jewelry, antiques, bonds, T-bills, etc. what percent is junk or something you can do without and not suffer functionally day-to-day? Is it closer to 50/50 junk and useful stuff, 25/75, is it worse?
