Does this sound like Hay Fever?

It’s spring time where I live, I’ve lived in America for 5 years and never got Hay Fever and now Im living in NZ and suddenly every morning I wake up blocked, headache, sore eyes, fatigue and occasional sneezes. It stays with me till the afternoon and then it goes again but comes back in the morning. I think it sounds like hay fever, I don’t think I have a cold as everything else feels fine and I never have snot. ;) Just itchy eyes, fatigue behind my eyes, cloudy/foggy head feeling, and stuffy nose. Thoughts? I live in an area where there are kiwi fruit orchards as well and a huge reservoir near my house so the wind blows all the pollen, sprays etc my way!
