Is Donald Trump's special interest the ethanol industry?

Did he say to Cruz “If you want to win in Iowa you need to say yes to ethanol,” or something to that effect? And that Cruz is a (some deragatory word)? And how stupid are the people in Iowa that they have Cruz is leading in Iowa or something?
