Treatment for chapped thighs...

The inside of my thighs have
become red and chapped.
I have tried powder, aloe vera,
anti fungal cream, vaseline,
and it won’t clear completely up.
This has become very uncomfortable
not to mention a frustration for me.
Any help would really be appreciated!
