Does anyone know a TELEPHONE NUMBER to talk with a live person about a Verizon Wireless bill?

We may be stuck with it, but my girlfriend has a huge and unexpected data overage charge—evidently her WiFi use didn’t matter when she was connected with WiFi in her home.

The bill is over half of what she gets in a month, and already cannot make her budget stretch the month as it is. She gets help from me, and I am also very strapped for funds.

Also, we added a line for me which was supposed to be $20 a month with no activation fee, and they are charging $40 and have gouged me with a 70 dollar activation fee anyway.

Any advice and a telephone number to talk to a live person would be helpful.
