Question about some parts of this YouTube video (Adele on talk show)

Asked by cofeka (154points) January 15th, 2016

I need to translate this video, but there are some parts I don’t understand.

What does it mean “It’s a triumph”, “I’m going to use my hairline”, “I got a new coat out of the budget today” and “I think you need a hype man during the up numbers” at 0:37, 0:51, 2:34 and 13:16 in this video?

Does it mean:
1. It’s classic.
2. Using hairline for the wig.
3. She bought the new coat and it’s the only clothe she will buy today.
4. I don’t know what is “during the up numbers.”
