Anyone used anything better than Coremetrics for paid search analytics?

I’m currently using Coremetrics to track my paid search analytics, but it’s clunky and slow. My favorite feature is the automatic/dynamic tagging of all my paid search destination URLs. Anyone know of another tool out there that will do this well? (other than something else huge like Omniture of course)
