What would happen if we have reverse traditional gender proportion in jobs?

To put it simple, imagine if we live in the world where the majority of the traditional gender-specific jobs have reverse proportion of sexes. We would have more female police officers, more male nurses, more househusbands, more female construction workers, etc. How would you feel about it? Will it affect you in anyway?
