(NSFW) Is there something better than toilet paper to clean myself?

I have one ply discount toilet paper and It doesn’t keep my hands clean. Would buying a multiple ply toilet paper help? I have baby wipes, but I am going through them rapidly. I don’t have a bidet. Do they sell extra-wide TP (toilet paper) for big and tall men? I am trying not to be graphic.
