How do male humans display lek mating behavior?

I played the word “lek” in WWF. To my surprise, it was accepted. My friend, a male, gave me crap about it because who ever heard of that word! So he looked up, then didn’t want to tell me the definition because, he said, ”..the definition is embarrassing for guys…” So I looked it up.
Obviously he was exaggerating about the embarrassment, but that’s why I like him.
I responded with “Ah. Men in Bars.”

Then I got to thinking, this could be a good question! (I just hope I used it in the sentence correctly.)
