What is the man in this video blinking in Morse code?

I came across a video of a Fox News interview about Brexit. Someone mentioned that it looks like the interviewee is blinking something in Morse code, and I agree. He’s doing stuff like blinking two times in quick succession, pausing, blinking three times, pausing, etc. I don’t know Morse code well enough to be able to decode what he’s trying to communicate, but maybe someone on Fluther can.
