Did a legal expert say that the Trump win against the16 opponents is not a real win?

As in, it’s not a real win, because the 17 of them weren’t competing on the same level? For example, Carly Fiorina didn’t call Trump, not good looking etc. Did he compete and win fairly against her? He didn’t. If you cheat on an exam sleep with the teacher, you get a zero, and you get a penalty for cheating. In whatever physical fight/sports you get kicked off for trying something illegal. All he was doing was calling them names being unpleasant (to say the least) to get them to quit. He fought dirty, they stuck to the issues /policies didn’t they? (except the unfortunate thig with Rubio/small hand thing. Was that a reply to Trump?)
