(NSFW) How can I give a sample without the container that you sit on? (Details Inside)

A stool sample. I don’t have that white bucket to shit in. Can I crap in the toilet and scoop a sample from inside? The lab that takes the sample will be closed for Sunday and Monday for Heritage Days. So It would be in the container for two days.
