What can I do if my sorta boss/coworker continually speaks over me?

Also besides her talking over me she makes snooty comments, she is a attention craver,thinks she is perfect and wants to be praised for literally everything, What can i do to feel i am defending myself without causing a fuss?I am very quiet and nice at work and am getting tired of her snobbish behavior. She is smart and charming but i see through her and can tell she thinks she is better than everyone.
