Do you think someone made this penis-nose deliberately, as a joke?

So I got a tree face at Bass Pro in Springfield last week. I like it. However, his eyes are painted with a green paint that glows after dark for a while. Since I was thinking of the kids when I got it, I asked Facebook if that would be too scary for the kids, and should I paint them brown.

Well, one of Our Own made the comment “Um. Well, you really need to do something about the nose and the glasses because all I see is an erect penis and testicles.

Shit! Now that’s all I can see too! Do you think someone designed his nose as a joke on the unsuspecting?
