Phantom ”related questions” that appear then vanish like a ghost or specter, have you seen them?

Every so often where the present ”Jelly” is, a leader board that says ”New Born” appears, it has related questions to Fluther, but then if I refresh the page or click on a question, I cannot go back to that board because it vanishes as if into thin air. When it first happened I thought it was a glitch never to happen again. It has happened about five to six times now. Have you witnessed the phenomenon? Is there some secret key strokes that cause it to appear? If it is ”in Fluther” somewhere truly why is it so hard to find when I want to find it?
