Not sure which medical plan I should choose?

I currently have a silver plan with United Health Care. I pay $78/month and the deductible is around $1,200. Max out of pocket is $3,000.

I don’t go to the doctor much other than a visit to the gynecologist a few times a year because of my HPV. I’ve gone three times this year. So I have been getting regular check ups ($30 copay) and now I need a procedure done. I guess it will be approximately $9,000 based on where I live.

Our premium is increasing next year to $90. I was thinking of going with a high deductible plan which is $30/month, $3,000 deductible, $5,000 max out of pocket, and I would get $125 each month from my employer.

I have no idea how to figure out how much money I could save with each one. Any ideas? I tried calling my health insurance but the rep wasn’t much help.
