What are some meals I can make for myself that won't irritate my stomach?

I’m 21 and I was told by my doctor that I either have an ulcer or Gastritis (which runs in my family). They put me on antacids for the time being but I was told to limit my diet.
Meaning I can’t have anything super acidic (lemon, mint, onion, citrus etc), greasy/fatty (red meat, most dairy), spicy (pepper, chiles), high in sodium (a lot of spices), or anything with caffeine or alcohol.

I’m having trouble coming up with different meals that meet all those requirements. I love salad, and low fat/sodium dressings are okay. But vegetables make it hard to fill myself and I’m finding it very difficult to mix it up. I have to eat like this for a few weeks. Does anyone have suggestions for what I could make myself during this time?
I would also love if someone could tell me what spices would be alright to flavor my meals with and if there are any good food substitutions for what I listed?
