He offered to pay elector’s incurred fines if they switched their electoral vote.
Clearly a bribe, and clearly illegal under federal election laws.
Is he going to get into trouble?
Same question for people who used their computers (and thus identified themselves) to email electors and threaten them if they did their electoral duty.
