If Trump decides to call it quits after one term will Hillary take another crack at it?

Say in the next four years because of age, maybe health, or the rigors of being Commander and Chief had Trump calling it quits after one term in the Oval Office, would Hillary think of taking another crack at it, and would that be a good thing if she did? Even if Trump hung around for two terms there is still a chance Hillary would take another crack rather than doing a ”Ted Kennedy” and calling it quits on trying to get to the Oval Office, but if Trump bows out in four years the temptation would be greater than having to wait eight years. If such happened, would she have a better chance, and would it be better if she ran then?
