What irks you more, wasting time or wasting money?

Out of wasting time even a few minutes, especially if it was not any fault of yours, or wasting money, be it your fault or not, even if it were less than ten bucks, which annoys you most? Just as an illustration but not limited to it, if you found you did something for 15 minutes that accomplished you thought it would, would it be better or worse than finding out you parted with $6 that did not accomplish anything you thought it was supposed to accomplish?
