What's the music video where the band members are wearing red garden pot hats? (more info inside)

So, this has been bugging me for a while, but I can’t find the answer anywhere.
I was talking to a friend about something, and this music video came up, neither of us could remember the name or for certain the band.
Basically, the main scenes in this clip (of the band) they are all wearing red hats that look like garden pots… I also remember at some point an old lady? (I know it isn’t much)
We thought it was a Men at Work song, but I can’t find that video clip/song thus far. PLEASE HELP!
