R&b song. Recently heard in KFC not that long ago. KFC mostly plays Billboard Top 100, so this one is probably also Billboard Top 100.
Lyrics are “I used…I used to know… ______(something he knew)_______”
Continues for a few lines, each time describing different things he (male singer) knew. There’s a hiphop like instrumental bridge at one point. I can provide the notes for that bridge if it helps.
Can’t quite catch all the details, but I think song is about growing up in the ghetto. Don’t think its a love song.
