Do you use expensive hairspray, or do you feel the cheap brand is good enough?

I just read an article yesterday that said expensive hairspray is better for your hair and doesn’t leave buildup.
I buy not the cheapest brand but not the most expensive brand, either. I know expensive brands can be $10—$20 per bottle. Mine is about $5.
What do you think?
