How to treat puncture wound, after the fact?

My brother stabbed me with a pen. I have a small mark on my leg where he actually stabbed me when the pen was clicked up. I also have a mark on my arm, where he got me but he kind dragged the pen so it looks like a scrape (if that makes sense). Both spots bled.
They aren’t really healing/scabbing and I still see black. The pen was black. I washed it afterward so I’m not sure if that’s still the pen or what. What are some things I can do to make sure it doesn’t get infected/make it heal faster?
