What ways can a woman appear younger ? Does anyone have good skin care routines or tips on how to look as young as possible? I know there will probably be some funny or sarcastic answer, but I’m being serious and would like to know some anti-aging tips/tricks.

I would also like to know some energy tips as you get older I feel my energy has decreased.

Is it diet ? Exercise? Drinking lots of water ?

Do you guys use sunscreen and does it really help combat wrinkles?
