As in, naked children running around in a restaurant? I don’t think simply being naked is unsanitary. It isn’t accepted in this culture, but it’s not unsanitary.
It started with this internet thing that came to my attention.
For purposes of this question, setting all of the gross behavior aside, let’s just focus on the sanitation issues with not wearing clothes.
