How do I fix this weird langauge issue in Word 2007 (that I never had in the last version of microsoft word, grr)? Please help!

So, I have a document that I’m translating from Spanish to English. I copied and pasted it from the body of an e-mail into the word document. Of course, word assumed it’s English, and underlined all the words that are “spelled wrong”. It’s a new computer, so I hadn’t installed the international keyboard yet. I did that. Then I went to the little icon, then “word options” and enabled “Spanish International Sort” as an editing language. Now I can click on individual words, and when I right click, I can select Spanish language, but even after I do that, it insists on keeping them underlined in red, and suggesting other words that are in English. I don’t understand why it’s doing this! Please help me!
