Is this a light effect, or heterochromia?

I got a new phone recently, and was trying the camera. When I snapped an image of myself, I noticed my left eye is kind of weird: http://imgur.com/RM49jXL
As you can see, half of it is darker than the other one.
It happens every time when I make a photo.
I was wondering if it’s possible to have two eye colours on one eye.
