Are home schooled adults sick more often?

It’s the first week of the school year, and already two of my nephews are sick. It happens every year. Other kids bring germs, infecting everyone.
But when kids who are home schooled become adults, they haven’t had their immunities built up by all the schoolyard social diseases (no, not those) that play havoc with most kids.
Are they sick more often as adults?
