Please help me come up with a thesis for my essay Nature verses Nurture?

For school I was assigned the essay nature vs. nurture and had to choose a side. I choose nurture which meant that I believe that the environment plays a bigger role on a persons personality. I am having lots of trouble coming up with a thesis statement so if you could help thank you very much.
