What are some things that are delicious with their "common" configuration that would be odd if they were different?

For example, brownies are known for being chewy, but what if they were tangy, or effervescent, or some other way in which we normally don’t think of that food?

What if a juicy burger, was also light and airy? Some things that we love to eat are light and airy.

Just have fun with this question and you all can decide whether you would still enjoy things if they suddenly took on different characteristics.
