Donald Trump consistently uses the phrase “Believe Me” in his public speech. Is this an accidental habit, like some people consistently say “Right” or “You know” in their public speaking, apparently not realizing it?

Or could it be that he is a master of the art of mesmerism and fascination, intentionally saying “Believe Me” consistently enough that it sinks into the subconscious of those susceptible to powers of suggestion?
