Has anyone had a low alkaline phosphatase reading before on a liver blood test?

I just got all my blood test done for my heart palpatations.
Everything came back fine, the Dr said ‘all good,’ but I wanted to know see them.
So my ALP for my liver test was 39 and the range is 40 – something?
My Dr was not concerned and didn’t offer me another blood test or anything. She just said, ‘It’s fine’.
Anyone else had low ALP and the Dr was really unconcerned?
