Anybody have any new vegetarian Thanksgiving side dishes?

On an earlier Q, I asked about mixing things up for Thanksgiving, which I like to do, but I was wondering if you guys had any good vegetarian side dishes that you like to fix, or that you had at someone else’s house, before, or that you have read about, or have seen on TV.

I have a huge collection of recipes, but I’m always on the lookout for new ones (or old ones from other people’s collections).

My definition of vegetarian for this question is: no meat, fish, or fowl, but eggs and dairy are OK.

Extra points for yummy vegan Thanksgiving recipes.
