Will you help me find foundation makeup for very dry skin?

I am 60 and have very dry skin on my face
and some sun spots but not too many wrinkles.
I need an inexpensive foundation that is moisturizing
but not so thick it looks fake. There are so many
brands out there just wondering if I have to pay
up for a face foundation that really suits my skin type.
Anyone have the same problem and solved it inexpensively?
What brands do you prefer?
