What happens when girls say no to giving a guy money, if they have given them money in the past?

Just out of curiosity… because i’ve been in this situation before (of a guy I was seeing who was also really shady asking for money), as you can tell from a few of my posts of a guy asking for money, and because I have a few friends who either are dating a guy who have been using them for 6 years, or they have delt with a guy like this.

What happens if a girl says, “No,” one time?

A few of my friends have said hard way, is somone keeps taking, and taking then knocks you up.
Another friend said hard way doesn’t always have to be something extreme, but everyone has their own definition of hard way. I agree with the friend who said it doesn’t always have to be something extreme, but I think if someone keeps on choosing to try to hang around the wrong person, then they learn by the extreme.
I’m just curious what happens, if a girl says no to these type of people? Do they then leave you alone for good?
