Do you get offended when people don’t text you back right away?

I met a really nice woman last week and had lunch with her yesterday. Today, she texted me on Facebook out of the blue and joked about having a hard time opening a CD case. It was completely random conversation. She made another random comment that didn’t require me to answer back, this wasn’t a serious conversation or anything. She didn’t text anything else, so I assumed she was busy or the conversation naturally ended. 30 minutes later she texted me “I don’t like being unread. We shouldn’t hang out again. Good luck in your endeavors.”

Does this sound like narcisstic behavior to you?
